SMARCB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D10, DNAJA1P1, and RNU6-1180P. Each is linked with SMARCB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCB1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D10 grouped by SMARCB1-low versus SMARCB1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
