Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,326 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral RNA genome replication, Regulation of glucose mediated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of glucose mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with SMARCB1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCB1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCB1 results are reported.
