The most reproducible SMARCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMHB1, MS4A6E, and LRRC3B. Each is linked with SMARCB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCB1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCB1 results are reported.
