Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMARCB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMHB1, MS4A6E, and LRRC3B. Each is linked with SMARCB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCB1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMHB1 grouped by SMARCB1-low versus SMARCB1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
