SMARCAD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,903 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TICRR, CHAF1A, and KIF18B. Each is linked with SMARCAD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCAD1 versus TICRR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
