SMARCAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QB, LINC02528, and ACOD1. Each is linked with SMARCAD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QB grouped by SMARCAD1-low versus SMARCAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
