Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,771 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to non-motile cilium, RNA 3'-end processing, and Centriole-centriole cohesion. Each is linked with SMARCAD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCAD1 results are reported.
