SMARCA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,695 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF3M, PSIP1, and PSIP1_S129. Each is linked with SMARCA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA2 versus EIF3M in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
