SMARCA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,625 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD302, N4BP2L1, and RNU2-25P. Each is linked with SMARCA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA2 versus CD302 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
