Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, 4E-BP1, and ERK2. Each is linked with SMARCA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA2 results are reported.
