Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,448 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Notochord development, Positive regulation of mitochondrial membrane potential, and Response to acid chemical. Each is linked with SMARCA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA2 results are reported.
