SMARCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,071 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D28, NXF5, and ICOS. Each is linked with SMARCA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA2-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D28 grouped by SMARCA2-low versus SMARCA2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
