Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SMARCA1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SMARCA1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SMARCA1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SMARCA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CCRCC, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where SMARCA1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
