SMARCA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,095 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA1_S116, OCRL, and RAI14. Each is linked with SMARCA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA1 versus SMARCA1_S116 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
