SMARCA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMARCA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,773 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3A, SOX12, and KIF3C. Each is linked with SMARCA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMARCA1 versus MEX3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
