Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,019 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein neddylation, Protein localization to ciliary membrane, and Host-mediated perturbation of viral process. Each is linked with SMARCA1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA1 results are reported.
