SMARCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMARCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 125 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMARCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, PLA2G3, and EIF3D. Each is linked with SMARCA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMARCA1-to-partner and partner-to-SMARCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by SMARCA1-low versus SMARCA1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMARCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMARCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
