SMAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGDIB, and CORO1A. Each is linked with SMAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAP2 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
