Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR7, NCR3, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with SMAP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAP2 versus CCR7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
