Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,592 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB6, NOL6, and STOML2. Each is linked with SMAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB6 grouped by SMAP2-low versus SMAP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
