SMAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,972 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B3, SCMH1, and SZRD1. Each is linked with SMAP2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAP2 versus EIF2B3 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
