Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,293 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Glycolytic process through glucose-6-phosphate, and Organelle transport along microtubule. Each is linked with SMAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP2 results are reported.
