SMAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,707 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf57, LANCL1, and HDAC4. Each is linked with SMAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP2-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAP2 versus C12orf57 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
