SMAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,128 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, HDAC2, and IKZF1_S63. Each is linked with SMAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAP1 versus SCAF8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
