Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,356 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGM3, B3GAT2, and TMEM30A. Each is linked with SMAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAP1 versus PGM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
