Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,589 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and 7-methylguanosine RNA capping. Each is linked with SMAP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAP1 results are reported.
