SMAGP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAGP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,506 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAGP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIP2B, LIMA1, and PLEKHA7_S907. Each is linked with SMAGP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAGP-to-partner and partner-to-SMAGP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAGP versus DIP2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAGP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAGP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
