SMAD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,295 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, TMOD2, and HSPG2. Each is linked with SMAD9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD9-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD9 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
