SMAD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02663, LINC02361, and C16orf95. Each is linked with SMAD9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD9-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02663 grouped by SMAD9-low versus SMAD9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
