SMAD9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,446 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHB2, ZNF384, and MLF2. Each is linked with SMAD9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD9-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD9 versus PHB2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
