SMAD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,441 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSRP2, PDLIM7_T251, and PEAK1. Each is linked with SMAD6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD6-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD6 versus CSRP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
