SMAD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC1, and MEK1. Each is linked with SMAD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD6-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by SMAD6-low versus SMAD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
