SMAD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIK3CG_S974, TKFC, and TRAP1. Each is linked with SMAD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD3 versus PIK3CG_S974 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
