SMAD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP84, SPTLC1P3, and MIR206. Each is linked with SMAD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP84 grouped by SMAD3-low versus SMAD3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
