SMAD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D4, GH1, and C9orf92. Each is linked with SMAD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD3-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1D4 grouped by SMAD3-low versus SMAD3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
