SMAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,574 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF2, CNN3, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with SMAD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD1 versus ARFGEF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
