Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,931 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anti-Mullerian hormone receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, and Regulation of G0 to G1 transition. Each is linked with SMAD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD1 results are reported.
