Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,367 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX2, CHD4, and FBRSL1. Each is linked with SMAD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SMAD1 versus CBX2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
