SMAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SMAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD, NPY2R, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with SMAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-SMAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAD grouped by SMAD1-low versus SMAD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
