Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLX4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLX4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SLX4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where SLX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
