Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLURP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,533 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLURP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB5, METTL9, and SCEL_S68. Each is linked with SLURP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLURP2-to-partner and partner-to-SLURP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLURP2 versus SERPINB5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLURP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLURP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
