Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLURP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 618 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLURP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of iron ion transport, Positive regulation of iron ion transmembrane transport, and Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process. Each is linked with SLURP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLURP2-to-partner and partner-to-SLURP2 results are reported.
