SLURP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLURP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,360 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLURP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT16, KRT16_S448, and YWHAZ. Each is linked with SLURP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLURP1-to-partner and partner-to-SLURP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLURP1 versus KRT16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLURP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLURP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
