Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLURP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLURP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with SLURP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLURP1-to-partner and partner-to-SLURP1 results are reported.
