SLTM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLTM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,154 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTF1, TUBGCP4, and DBT. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLTM versus RTF1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
