SLTM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLTM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,076 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLTM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPUSD2, CTDSPL2, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLTM versus RPUSD2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
