Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLTM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,696 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are G0S2, KHDC4, and C2orf68. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLTM versus G0S2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
