Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLTM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,267 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLTM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNN, PPP1R10, and CTCF. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLTM versus PNN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
