Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLTM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,323 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXXC4, CENPM, and GOT1. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXXC4 grouped by SLTM-low versus SLTM-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
