Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLTM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, mTOR_pS2448, and ATM. Each is linked with SLTM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLTM-to-partner and partner-to-SLTM results are reported.
