SLPI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,761 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLPI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCN2, RALGAPA2, and C1orf116_S519. Each is linked with SLPI in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLPI-to-partner and partner-to-SLPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLPI versus LCN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
